South Dakota Employee Confidentiality Agreement
This form may be used in those situations in which it is prudent to have the employee agree not to divulge any business or trade secrets. An employers business secrets include any information regarding the employers customers, supplies, finances, research, development or manufacturing processes, or any technical or business information. This form also provides that the employee agrees not to make any unauthorized copies of information or take any business information from the employers facilities.
